Good price, and quick delivery with no issues. Not in quite as good condition as hoped, scratches a lot more obvious than detailed. US keyboard, which I wasn’t expecting, but not a huge problem. Screen and keyboard in excellent condition. Would use again.

No complaints about Back Market at all, we've always received great customer service. However the DPD driver delivering our order could've done a better job. My husband and I were both at home but he didn't even attempt to ring the doorbell, instead just threw our clearly labelled 'fragile' parcel over our garden fence. On opening the package we found the escape key broken away from the keyboard but considering the nature of its arrival we'd expected much worse. Luckily it appears to be working ok. I've knocked off a star as it's a rating of my overall experience and not just of Back Market itself. I'd give Back Market 5 stars.

All good so far. The keyboard has had some replacement keys which are obvious to spot but work perfectly fine. Overall couldn't be happier for the price.
