The 1st Honor I received had a problem with the speakers crackling. I called BackMarket's after-sales service the same day and they were great and very understanding. I sent it back and the repair took longer than expected (or maybe wasn't possible) so I received another one that works very well. The space taken up by the camera can make it hard to place your fingers, but this is compensated for by the crazy daytime photo quality, and the memory leaves plenty of room even without an SD card. The only downside is the adapter I bought to connect my wired headphones, which the Honor rejects, but I don't know if that's down to the Honor or the adapter itself.
