Google Pixel 4 XL 128GB - White - Unlocked

I've always had Apples phones, but my son changed to Google, so I thought I'd try one out as a 2nd phone. I like it, there seems less dead ends, and more logical apps than get with Apple. Might move across to Android overall - as there seems to be security conflicts with Apple, Microsoft, and Google - and my PC won't take Windows 11, so thinking of going Linux, and moving to Google as main phone, and rationalizing accounts & security, and ID personas!!

Ordered it, it arrived very quickly only taking two days and I ordered it around 4-6pm. I ordered it for a family member straight to their house, they had no complaints at all. I had no complaints. Happy days! 10/10 And best of all it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Phone looks incredibly perfect like it was bought in the store! Definitely recommend for everyone! I wasn't very optimistic about purchasing from back market! I have changed my mind! It flipped me over! Why we are chasing for new phones anywhere else? You can get one from back market for half price 😛thanks

Phone looked better than expected. No scratches or scuffs. Software is clean. Performs like a new phone and everything checks out. Excellent service with a quick delivery. I would easily recommend them and I'll be using their services in the future. I'm giving them a 4.5 out of 5 only because one of the bottom speakers didn't work but that's fine since I use earphones. Great work 👍

Faulty battery then I have to wait 5 plus days for a fix so I'd rather get it fixed locally and pay out of my own pocket, probably the first and last time using this, I'd rather use ebay. One more thing the phone came in a box with no protective packaging inside

Don't buy from this company, they are imcompetent First I get my new phone then I notice that the screen goes into a green tint and then goes back to normal. This happened a few times until it permanently stayed that way then I send the phone back and wait for them to "repair" so they send my "repaired device" back to me 3 days later only to find out that it's not even my device because it only had 64 GB storage instead of 128 GB which I originally payed for. So I sent this phone back again and now they are trying to say that I did not use the return label which I did and I have all the receipts for it as well saying it was delivered. Feels like they just want to scam me out of my money because they should have noticed that the phone was delivered today. Anyway, avoid them like a plague. Don't buy anything from this place

Truly awful experience. Phone lasted 3 months before the battery began to die. Sent the phone back when it finally died after 6 months and all they did was just send the phone back to me unchanged and unfixed. refuse a refund and are now saying they will just send me a 'repair' phone. This is actually a con. They will keep sending out a faulty device until the warranty runs out so they dont have to refund. Back market has been painfully slow in responding, refusing to help and now i'm stuck in a cycle of them sending me a faulty phone which I continually have to send back. I will be contacting the ombudsman about this. I write this while listening to the CEO give an interview of how amazing and eco friendly Back Market is on Radio 4. What a joke.
