1/5Truly awful experience. Phone lasted 3 months before the battery began to die. Sent the phone back when it finally died after 6 months and all they did was just send the phone back to me unchanged and unfixed. refuse a refund and are now saying they will just send me a 'repair' phone. This is actually a con. They will keep sending out a faulty device until the warranty runs out so they dont have to refund. Back market has been painfully slow in responding, refusing to help and now i'm stuck in a cycle of them sending me a faulty phone which I continually have to send back. I will be contacting the ombudsman about this. I write this while listening to the CEO give an interview of how amazing and eco friendly Back Market is on Radio 4. What a joke.
