The phone came as expected with almost no scratch at all. More like a new phone but came with a battery capacity of 88% which is not bad for a Good condition phone. Just a few scratches that is negligible by adding a screen protector to it. This refurbisher is good however avoid dealing with musicMagpie refurbisher.

The phone is not so bad it has three deep scratches on the screen and 88% battery even though if it’s excellent condition I’ve had the same phone but 128 GB from same provider and it was really good. It was 97% and no scratches it was like new I’m unhappy with my purchase but i really need the phone for now so I will not return it. Customer service of backmarket is so helpful and they assisted me with every purchase every time and they are so friendly and professional but the refurbishers need to quality control thheir devices before sending them to the customers.

I was very sceptical as I had never bought a refurbished phone before. However, I’m very happy with my decision as the phone looked practically brand new when it arrived. I’ve had the phone for around two weeks now. Only slight con is the battery capacity which is 87% but hasn’t been an issue so far and it lasts me all day and longer. Overall and the phone looks and operates perfectly.

Absolutely amazed by how great quality my new iPhone 14 Pro Max is, I went for excellent condition and it reached right up to the standards. Couldn’t be happier :) Will be using again in the future for definite

Got a ‘fair’ iPhone 14 Pro Max , With only one scratch that u have to look so close to find on the side of the phone, Very impressed with the fast delivery and amazing quality will definitely get my kids phones from here

I just received my iPhone 14 pro Max black. I have ordered it to be in excellent condition, it came with a transparent cover on it, which it was a bit suspicious. And indeed when taking off the cover I so that it has some scratches just at the edges. Im attaching some pictures for you to see. I will try it to see how it will work but if it doesn’t will return it to you.
