Switch 32GB - Black

I purchased a 32GB Nintendo Switch from Back Market and I’m very pleased with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The console arrived quickly and was refurbished to an excellent standard — it looks and works like new. The price was great compared to buying brand new, making it really good value for money. Overall, a smooth purchase with speedy delivery and a high-quality product. I would definitely recommend Back Market.

Switch device seems in near new condition, but had USA plug (although a UK adaptor was included in the package). Main issue is that the sender didn't pay full postage so I had to collect from post sorting office myself and pay £3.30 additional postage charge.

Quick delivery, all in the original boxing and great condition. Had a small issue with one of the joycons but was given a remote solution by the support team very quickly (the issue resolved itself anyway). Then had a follow up email from back market checking on the issue - excellent service!

Excellent. Device is as described and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, there is no manual and I do like these on paper!

Wasn't inspected as there was data still left on the switch but you pay an inspection fee. When I questioned this with customer services all I got was to return it over and over, ignored all my other questions. They wouldn't tell me what they inspected when I asked what the fee was for. Beware as others have said customer service is awful.

Item dispatched fairly quickly. Well packaged. Unfortunately one of the Joycons (Nintendo Switch) was not working despite all the listings saying the are fully checked by professionals to ensure they are in full working order. Very slow response to my initial message reporting the problem. When a response was received it was clearly from a bot. It simply reassured me my issue was being dealt with. I had another one the following day basically repeating the same thing. Five days on and the problem has still not been resolved. I would be very reluctant to use them again
