All good but battery lasts less then average but because i use it a few hours in the evening only i have no issues but particularly my piecce qouldnt last 6-7hour of video watching at moderate sound but am happy with wat i have does the job

Great condition, great price. I was feeling stingy and did not want to buy new for extra money when new features aren't worth the extra money compared to what I paid for this pretty much new tablet. I've decided to now get all devices from here given the cost I'm saving is worth the features and condition I get less, but I'll always be getting excellent condition devices anyway. Tablet works well, good condition, like new, all good, no complaints and will be back!

The tablet is good, looks brand new, minimal signs of wear. I love it. I have previous great experience with backmarket.

I'm so chuffed with my purchase. I did have a minor hiccup with delivery, so I messaged them with my concerns and was pleasantly surprised with a swift response. I now have my new Tablet, and it's absolutely spotless, like brand new. It came really well packaged with a good amount of bubble wrap inside a suitably sized box. I don't have any instructions manual, just had the Tablet and a charging lead inside the box, so I'm going to have to go online and see if I can download them. It had just under 80% battery charge on it on first turning on. This product is so nice, I can't wait to have a proper play with it. I have no doubts with recommending Back Market. I've already been eyeing-up a Samsung phone for next months purchase. Happy customer here.

Really pleased with the Galaxy S8 Ultra. It was well packed,I was kept informed of the day of delivery. The device itself is awesome, although larger than I expected..overall, happy with my purchase.

5 stars but I am tempted to downgrade it because I can't use the touch screen without the s-pen. But that's the nature of the beast and not your fault. I should have researched it a bit more; it just didnt occur to me that a touch screen wouldn't work on touch! I wanted an upgrade to my Galaxy TabS... big screen and oodles of storage and I've certainly got that! Website, ordering and delivery all flawless. The other major plus for me is that I very much want to live a more sustainable life, so discovering your company through Ethical Consumer magazine gave me "permission" to indulge in my taste for technology. So many, many thanks! I've had quick look for cover, case or keyboard on your website but no luck? Also do you dismantle and recycle the bits from unsaleable technology? Phinna
