2/5Bought this Galaxy Tab S7 in “excellent condition,” but it arrived looking terrible. Scratched, dirty, and clearly not refurbished at all and not even meeting the fair condition standards in my opinion. It wasn’t even reset and came without tracking info until it was already delivered. Customer service offered a £20 refund or a return, but that doesn’t fix the fact that I paid for a premium condition device and got something that looks like it’s been heavily used for 4 years, then drop kicked across the UK. This is the third time I’ve ordered from Back Market, and every single device I’ve received, whether listed as good or excellent, has been in terrible condition. At this point, I’m done trying and would recommend just to spend the extra money to buy it new.
