The item was in better condition than i expected for the good option. Looked practically faultless and was well packaged. Hoping to get alot of use out of this s7 tablet before any need of repaor or battery replacement. I would recommend ioutlet as a refurbishment option 👍

Bought this Galaxy Tab S7 in “excellent condition,” but it arrived looking terrible. Scratched, dirty, and clearly not refurbished at all and not even meeting the fair condition standards in my opinion. It wasn’t even reset and came without tracking info until it was already delivered. Customer service offered a £20 refund or a return, but that doesn’t fix the fact that I paid for a premium condition device and got something that looks like it’s been heavily used for 4 years, then drop kicked across the UK. This is the third time I’ve ordered from Back Market, and every single device I’ve received, whether listed as good or excellent, has been in terrible condition. At this point, I’m done trying and would recommend just to spend the extra money to buy it new.

I was sent a device with the Chinese version of android - no Google Play, Google maps, Chrome etc. The return was smooth and the customer service team were great, but after my refund, the cost of the tablet has gone up by £40, so all a bit disappointing really.

Very satisfied with my purchase—a great tablet at a good price. In excellent condition, as stated in the description. Enjoying using my new tablet. Lucky to have found this site.
