Galaxy Tab Active3 64GB - Black - Wi-Fi

Appears to be in "as new" condition, was easy to setup and transformational compared with my older model. I was a little disappointed, as I thought they all came with the S pen, but it wasn't mentioned in the offer so I have no complaint.

Pretty poor in my opinion. I had expected that all the original items that came in The S3 box would accompany my new tablet. Specifically the note pen, charger & case (I understand that these are not extras but original/integral parts of the S3 pack) Disappointingly yr help desk does not agree. After further investigation I have also found evidence of water ingress (green verdigris) inside the rear case. I have put this one down to bad luck. Not the best of services on this occasion

I think the tablet was brand new, the Samsung seals were still on the box and the internal packaging was perfect. The tablet itself is flawless. Very pleased indeed,

It's a very good tablet. But personally, I find it too heavy to hold for any length of time (compared with other 8 inch tablets). I think it's built to be used in industry. I'd like to return it for a refund.

The device received was is great condition with no scratches or dents, and it was in a perfect working order.

Patches of missing pixels on the screen Large scuff marks and scratches on the screen and a Get Help web process that's designed to frustrate and basically not work, but not until you've entered all the details. Condition was described as Fair. Fair to who, is it fair I have to stare at missing pixel blobs? If an LED screen has 1 missing pixel, it's the only pixel you will see from that moment on. Is that fair? Tried emailing, but basically no way to contact them. All addresses fail. All links on website fail to send. Will not use Back Market again, there's no way to know what crap they will send.
