My refurbished Galaxy tablet arrived looking clean and in good condition, but the setup process hit a major snag. The device was still enrolled in a previous owner’s management system, causing it to get stuck on “Enrolling your device.” Because of this, I couldn’t finish the setup or use the tablet at all. A refurbished device should be fully reset and ready for use, so this was a disappointing experience.
