    Received it early and in great condition. Works great and looks new. Battery life lasted 16 hours. Very happy apart from the colour, I ordered a white one but got a black one.. Not that I mind much and was probably boxed and sent in a hurry since it arrived before its arrival time. Still happy with the purchase 10/10 thanks!

    A great quality laptop, exactly as described. Much better value than buying brand new and yet it looks, behaves and feels brand new!     I love it, I’ve never had a macbook before and so buying this second hand was great! The laptop works so well I can hardly tell it’s second hand (other than the slight chip on the side of the laptop) but it’s hardly noticeable.

    This is the fourth, yes, fourth surface pro I received. The first three had sub-par battery health. I recommend the Surface diagnostic app to check the battery but not everyone knows about that. The last one was good for battery but came without a keyboard, despite a keyboard being in the picture and "Qwerty" in the description. They gave me a £30 voucher but the extra keyboard was £60. Customer Service is very good in itself. But check your device when it comes!
