Un SAV médiocre et des produits mal reconditionné, je vous invite a aller sur le site SignalConso est un service public gratuit pour permettre aux consommateurs de signaler les problèmes rencontrés avec les entreprises. Faites un signalement, résolvez votre problème, ou obtenez des informations sur vos droits. Il est édité par la Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes. Moi aussi j'ai eu un problème avec eux, plus on sera nombreux à faire des signalement plus il devront rendre des comptes, et le direction générale de la concurrence ouvriront une enquête sur eux il faudra en pièce jointe une copie de vos échange avec back market pour votre dossier soit le plus complet possible et attester de leur mauvaise foi https://signal.conso.gouv.fr/fr il y a aussi un groupe Facebook qui recense toutes les victimes de back market : BACKMARKET ou BADMARKET ??
