Filthy accessories… The machine itself seemed to be in fairly good shape, a few scratches and shipped in a generic brown box which was a shame. The machine works fine. The accessories included though… 🤢 not sure how this passed any sort of cleanliness test. Portafilter with dry coffee, baskets with old coffee residue and a milk jug that smelt like dairy milk. I’ve had to spend £80 to replace all the items that were dirty. For value the machine itself sure not awful, but when you factor in all the additional accessories, not a fantastic deal. Contacted support and they said send the WHOLE machine back for a refund or a £15 credit to my account which seems useless. Shipping was fast, machine works, just your mileage may vary.

We never received our purchase. This company could not manage to deliver my purchase, and refunded my purchase without asking if I wanted a refund or wanted to try to redeliver. I have ordered a new sage Bambino Plus from a reputable company who managed to deliver within in 2 days from date of purchase. I found your customer support ineffective and inattentive. I'll not be back.
