Absolutely 💯 brilliant earplugs. Slight scratch on the case but performance wise I can't fault. *****

The headphones work as expected and are in good condition, the charging case had a bunch of scratches though and I'm assuming the tips that were sent were aftermarket ones as they are rubbish compared to the foam ones you get with a new pair of Sony headphones, I've since ordered some to replace them. The headphones I bought were marked as 'good', I think 'fair' would have been a better assessment, most refurbished items I have bought previously that have been marked as 'good' have tended to either have a few scratches or some missing accessories, not both. Bit disappointed really, may as well have bought new with the price of replacement tips. Service was good though, quick delivery.

The earbuds are fantastic even though they are marked as being in "Good" condition. You'd think they are new as the sound quality in Music and Voice, emanating from them is top scale. They keep the charge for long hours and the magnetic portable charger case is works treats to keep thing going for hours on end.

Swift delivery, The earphones and the case arrived from fatbat.uk together with a complimentary orange shoulder bag! I suspect a grandchild will get an extra pressie. They were in perfect condition. Not a mark on them or the case. Unfortunately I should have read the review of the product because the smallest rubber thingys were a bit too big and they drop out sometimes. Also I would prefer a longer battery life. Hey ho, caveat emptor and all that.

I'm really surprised at how good the noise cancelling feature is on these; they're perfect for my purposes!
