My experience was good, the laptop arrived in better condition that I though but I was grateful because it does feel like a brand new machine. My only issue with it was that it wasn't a brand new install of Windows 11 as it had updates installed from February. There is an issue with the service tag number appearing on the Dell website so Iw asn't able to download the latest drivers for it but I was able to install support assist and install them from there but It's cool.. not worth sending back.
