The device that arrived was wrong. the RAM indicated in the description was 32 instead in the device that arrived to me it was 16, in the photo (but not in the description) the device is the 2in1 version (notebook/tablet) whereas the device I received was a normal notebook. To this I would add that it arrived 3/4 days later than the dates indicated. The only positive side was the ease with which I received assistance and the speed of the refund.
