Hello A disaster! To transfer my data from my old computer with a hard drive changed 3 years ago, it took me 15 minutes to burn the data onto an external hard drive...and surprise, it took me 45 minutes to transfer my data from my external drive to this Dell hard drive which, in theory, performs much better...so I went the other way, to transfer the data from the new Dell to the hard drive, which also took 45 minutes, we're talking about 80 GB... I went to see a specialist shop, where you have to do a complete overhaul for about 250 euros... Today, it just froze, impossible to turn it off or to use the task manager, it's a bit too much, so finally I put a negative review, I still feel like I've been ripped off a bit...
