I ordered in "Perfect condition", but several problems were noted from the first day: - The battery only retains 63% of its original capacity (85% min for perfect condition). - The screen received is 1920 × 1200 instead of the 3840 × 2400 indicated on the product sheet. - The keyboard was converted to AZERTY with stickers, without this being specified. - Freeze + black screen requiring a forced shutdown during light use (office installation + software package). - Windows was still partially configured in Spanish. - Hybrid RAM sticks, with a frequency of 2667 MHz instead of the 3200 MHz advertised on the product sheet, 17% less. Customer service contacted, return request in progress. Never been disappointed before with my smartphones and PCs, but this is a cold shower and a feeling of being deceived between the product description and what was actually received. To top it all off: while typing this comment, the caps lock indicator light is defective, it stays on permanently: delightful.
