Dell Precision 5550 15-inch (2020) - Core i7 - Gen 10 (H) - 32GB - SSD 512 GB AZERTY - French

An extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Dell Precision in "very good condition" with an Nvidia Quadro T2000 graphics card. As a result, I received a machine with numerous visible dents (which means that it doesn't conform to the advertised condition, and couldn't even be described as being in "correct condition"), and above all it was equipped with an Nvidia Quadro T1000 graphics card, which is a lower configuration than the one I paid for. What's most worrying is that this is not an isolated case: this is the third computer we've received with a problem. The solutions offered by customer service are ridiculous and do not take into account the seriousness of the errors or the inconvenience caused. I strongly advise against this.
