I brought a dell precision 5520, fair condition which it is pretty dirty/sticky, banged up a little which is fine but the problem is with a brand new charger saying 130w my laptop is giving a warning saying it only receiving 90w. Also two keys on the keyboard are in the wrong place. Also diagnostics on the laptop states the USB port is damaged.

The laptop was definitely not in good condition. There are scratches all over it both along the outside and inside. Considering the huge price I paid for this laptop, I do expect the condition to be somewhat okay. I haven't even opened the laptop itself. I would like my money back as much as possible considering I don't want to experience this again
