C'est le 3e Dell (et 2d E5450) que j'achète sur le site. J'ai un sentiment de satisfaction et confiance ; je souhaite partager les points négatifs pour aider. -1 pour la commande (2 erreurs) : • La commande a initialement été ignorée par la magasin. La demande de renvoi a nécessité des échanges de documents, puis a été interprétée à tort par le site en tant que demande de remboursement. Comme je n'avais plus assez de moyens pour repasser commande, j'ai dû attendre 10 jours ouvrables de remboursement, ce qui a fait perdre 26 jours au total. -1 pour le produit "état parfait". • Nécessite plusieurs manipulations pour ressentir de manière optimale les 16go de Ram (vitesse d'exécution). Des lignes horizontales assombrissent l'écran lors de certains chargements. • Ecran trop vert malgré les réglages de gamma (il est impossible d'afficher du gris neutre sans une nuance de couleur). • Le clavier a été repeint, mais la peinture n'est pas permanente (ex : la touche Q est devenu un A en 1 mois).
