    The laptop has been working great so far. However, when it came it had clearly not been cleaned at all; there was gunk clogging the edges of multiple ports and the vents. That is not something I expect from a laptop that is supposed to have been refurbished, let alone one which claims ‘good’ condition. After spending some time cleaning it myself, I have had no problems. The cleaning issue does just make me worry at the quality of the people who did the refurbishing. The product I bought was quite new and so shouldn’t have had much to do (so it’s good state of running doesn’t necessarily say much about whatever the refurbisher did).

    The product was truly awful - I've been using Back Market for a while and generally been impressed. THe supplier Tech Speck clearly did not refurbish the product. What happened to BackMarket's quality control here.
