Easy order process. Delivery was spot on. Laptop is excellent for the price. Few slight marks on lid but that's all and really doesn't matter to usage! I actually received a better laptop than the one I'd ordered as it has touch screen - bonus! Would recommend this company and its products.

I bought an excellent condition model and it was in excellent condition. Almost brand new, but saved me a few quid going reconditioned. Highly recommended.

The condition is absolutely excellent! It says it’s “fair” but it actually looks almost brand new. Needed some very important driver updates which I had to do manually but luckily Dell has an app for that so it was relatively easy. Runs pretty well, fan is quite loud though and it gets quite warm. Recommended overall.

While on paper it's powerful (4 code i7 10th gen), as soon as anything demanding on the CPU runs, the core temperatures rise and the CPU throttles the speed back to protect itself, and the performance drops. A lot! It's simply not capable of cooling itself enough, even if I play with the relevant choices regarding auto/cool/quiet/ultimate performance in the BIOS to try to get it to run hotter. Yes I've tried it in a cool room with adequate airflow under the laptop. Everything else works as expected, but keyboard keys need to be pressed quite firmly though.

The laptop arrives early and for it to be in “fair” condition, the thing I found wrong with it was a small scratches on three keys. Other than that, it’s like brand-new, brilliant price, very happy with product.
