Dell Latitude 7310 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - Gen 10 (U) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - Italian

Took some time to review but so far so good. I was a bit skeptical because of other not so positive reviews. I was upgraded to 7420 32 Gig RAM i7 11th Gen from 7310 for the same price due to stocking issues. Better specs overall, good condition, not a scratch in sight and genuine Dell battery. Had some issues with updating drivers early on, the laptop would just freeze so beware of how to fix that. I used Dell optimiser to update, twas probably conflicting with Windows. Also had some issues with the charging flickering on and off probably due to the charging port, not sure why but its working now (the laptop has two C charging ports anyways). Overall its great, but if you need an actual graphics card this is not the PC for you because it has 128mb….my old lenovo ideapad 1 had 2 Gig of dedicated graphics card. Depending on what exactly you use it for..

I got a laptop in good condition and while I was worried about what would turn up, I was pleasantly surprised! It looks almost brand new aside from some unnoticeable scratches, which I only found because I was actively looking for them. The laptop was easy to set up, holds a charge well, and so far runs like a dream. I was really happy with the price, as a uni student I can't splurge on a new model, especially not one with any decent storage, so this is a great alternative, and better for the environment than buying new too!

There were scratches and I needed a replacement I was being told that I couldn’t get one, so unfortunately I am waiting for my refund now so that I could get another laptop. With replacement I didn’t have to go through this hassle.

Laptop was in good condition

This laptop came in good working condition, however the soft plastic material was extremely sticky. I raised this issue with Backmarket support, who told me I needed to clean it with some isopropyl alcohol solution. This did clean the sticky residue however I was disappointed that it arrived in this state. I don't think that this meets the minimum standards for even a "Fair" standard refurbishment.

On purchasing my laptop, I noticed that the charging cable wasn't working right and it also had a software issue, which I related to the reps, they asked that I send it back and get it fixed, I did and to my surprise, they only changed the charging cable, the software issue still persisted and now, my laptop isn't coming on and it hasn't been up to six months I got this laptop.

I ordered it in a hurry because the battery in my old one exploded. I've been using it for a fortnight now, just in terms of the battery as I didn't get a new one. It discharges faster depending on the software I use, but it's not really a problem. I'm just careful not to use it while it's charging. I'd definitely recommend it!
