Customer service was very good, also communication. Delivery was quick and very good. The computer is very good, and the condition excellent. The setup could have been better, however part of that will be personal taste. No worse than a new shop purchased computer. We have since added a further 16GB of memory, it is now using dual channel, and the performance has increased visibly.
