I ordered an 'A' grade laptop, what arrived was defiantly not 'A' grade (covered in scratches and dirty) this was agreed and confirmed by an agent (after being shown photos) who apologised and agreed a measly £40 refund. The next problem came when I tried to charge the laptop with the charger provided...it didn't work at all. I took the charger to be tested by and electrician who confirmed it was completely useless, so I let black market know and they sent a "new" one...well the replacement charger also didn't work and arrived even more dirty and beat up than the laptop did, so I had to buy one myself, I again let black market know who again said they would give me another £40 to cover the cost of the charger. my account only shows 1 refund of £40, not £80 as promised! This company are good at saying all the right things but when it comes down to it...what you actually receive is a load of rubbish!
