I couldn't be happier with the machine! The condition is brand new (in my view) despite it literally not being new, including the packaging, which was satisfying to encounter when opening the box. I've had the machine about a month now and can't fault it, it's working perfectly. Very happy I made the choice to buy from Back Market and will be recommending the same to others.

What a superb service from from start to finish, keeping me updated with the delivery (my fault as was out) but this product, I would say is brand new; the quality is insane 👌🏻

Lasted just over a year before the steamer & hot water didn’t work

Excellent condition- as good as new

Arrived with a small dent on the front panel. Condition ordered was GOOD so I was expecting scratches but not a dent. BackMarket were not willing to help.
