I must admit that I was a little dubious when I ordered a new iPhone 15, and even more so when I read some poor reviews after I had hit the "purchase" button, and then even more so when I realized I had inadvertently ordered one in "fair" condition. Oh no - what was going to arrive? To my relief, the phone that arrived was almost flawless. I found one tiny imperfection near the charging port that I really had to search closely for but otherwise there was not a mark on it. All functions I've tested so far show the phone is in fantastic order and the battery condition was 99% when I received it. Overall, I would recommend BackMarket and would buy from them again.

It’s still in transit with Evri, I’ve received my phone over a week ago. But the case is “no where to be seen”, I bought the case from them as I’d expected it to arrive at the same time.
