Excellent condition ordered and that’s how it arrived. Not a mark on it. I did purchase another strap from Apple as felt it would look better with a rubber strap for the size of the watch face. Great service from black market and quick delivery.

This is the second device I have purchased through BackMarket and they continue to amaze. The watch arrived in 2 days, well packaged and in the original Apple box. There is not a scuff of scratch to be seen and the battery health is at 100%. I did opt for the “excellent” condition but it was on a promotion so negligible difference in price. BackMarket will be my go to place and never again will I waste money buying new from apple at their inflated prices!! Outstanding

Like everyone else, I thought back market sounded too good to be true. The site is easy to navigate, regular updates on your order, and a follow up txt asking if you are happy with your purchase. Delivery was quick, the device was exactly as described. I would recommend the site to family and friends. Great for your carbon foot print, and very kind to your pocket. I took the insurance for extra peace of mind, but you are under no pressure to. Great all round!

Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert
