Device and service were all good and enjoyed the savings that came from ordering a refurbished product. However the delivery company were ghastly. But a representative from BM (Princy) picked up the issue and battled with them to get the delivery sorted. This person went well above and beyond to ensure the delivery was sorted in time for my son’s birthday. Really appreciated help when DPD were shockingly terrible.
