Fast delivery, well package, the phone got a 4 star because of some scratch on the sideline and It's all the time notifying that you have a non-genuine camera part in your phone, maybe they change the camera which is non genuine.but the camera works fine 👍That much can be expected from a refurbished phone. all though i like this phone, i hope I'll come back to backmarket again 👍

I love it. I was reluctant to buy a refurbished phone but I thought I would give it a go and I do not have a fault to pick at with the IPhone 13 Pro Max I received I bought the good condition and it had a perfect screen, perfect body and the battery was 88%. I’m that impressed even my Mrs said she was looking to buy from here when the time comes. I would say when I tried to set the phone up, it was getting stuck on the select country section but I soon found it was a IOS glitch online and once I connected my phone to my Mac and updated the iPhones IOS before setting the phone up, it was working as normal Thankyou again. Would highly recommend

When I say this phone is immaculate I mean like the service was a ten the packaging ten every thing ten I got the phone in good condition that’s was the option I picked and for a refurbished phone this is good like really I will recommend and I am gonna order another phone this week 10/10

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone so I was feeling rather apprehensive. However, I received my phone within 24 hours of placing my order, and despite choosing the standard battery option, the phone I’ve received has a battery health of 99% so I’m incredibly blown away by that. I did also make a decision to not select the highest grade condition, as I wasn’t as concerned about signs of prior use which would likely be covered by a case and screen protector anyway. So again I was so excited to see that the phone arrived looking practically in mint condition, my boyfriend works in phone sales also looked it over for me and was impressed by how new it looked. He did spot that the charging port appears to have been replaced, and also one of the camera lenses, likely due to it previously being scratched, however for a fraction of what a new pro max model costs currently, I feel I’ve had a really good deal and I couldn’t be happier.

Just collected it today and I am more than happy with my order. I paid for”Good” condition but was really happy with how pristine it looked. Barely any cosmetic scratches or anything! Super impressed and would defin recommend purchasing refurbished tech

It’s brilliant, it’s like a brand new phone! I was hesitant as I previously bought a refurbished Samsung from Backmarket which I had to return because the battery wouldn’t last half a day. However the return process was hassle free so i decided to give it another shot to get an iPhone, so glad I did this one is flawless and the battery capacity is 89% it lasts a day and a half under my usage and all the components seem to be original, just perfect thanks.

Very clean and at good battery health (89%) although out of official Apple coverage but that isn’t such a big deal. Well No one can tell it isn’t new. No fault detected so far. All parts are genuine and original. I recommend buying from back market

Amazing service I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max in good condition and when it arrived it looked almost brand new apart from a few scratches around the side of the phone but nothing major at all the battery life was also at 87% when it arrived which I was pleasantly impressed with as it was listed as good condition.
