I was definitely skeptical about buying a refurbished iPhone for sure, but when I saw a comment about how a lady got hers in fair condition, I said okay I would buy it and I placed the order for the excellent condition and boy ooh boy the crisp on the iPhone was immaculate, so amazing and in great condition, I really love it, however I just noticed that it finds it hard to really focus when I'm close to shots, so I don't know if it's a 13 pro max thing or the cameras have issues. other than that I love my phone

I was really nervous about buying a refurbished iphone from backmarket, but I figured if I wasn’t happy with it I could send it back as they offered returns within a certain amount of days. Didn’t need to worry! The phone arrived (it was from phones direct) 2 days later well packaged and in excellent condition. I can’t see any marks on it. I opted for a New battery and have no complaints so far. Communication was also brilliant, keeping me updated on delivery status. I will definitely be using again and will be recommending to others.
