It does everything I want it to, and is small enough to lose on my desk. I'm very pleased.

I've given the review 3 stars because the product arrived damaged and didn't have Bluetooth capability stated on the specification. However, the customer service rates 5 stars for the speed that the problem was resolved.

Not Satisfied. Disappointed. The item is defective! I chose excellent just to be sure that the item will work as intended, but apparently the Bluetooth is not working, and there is also an error upon booting the CPU (a clock error or something like that). I need to return this to the seller.

I am trying to return this item and buy a different spec, but the upload photo page has a faulty button. I cannot upload the photos at all. You also have no way of actually contacting your company to share issues such as this. It is extremely frustrating as your website seems to actively funnel you into FAQ channels that are really not helping. I had planned to spend a lot more money with you but this experience is really really annoying.

Etat impeccable, fonctionne parfaitement et livré avec windows 11 pro. Le disque dur a certes des heures de vol donc à surveiller (en parfait état selon crystalclearinfo). J'ai ajouté 16go et un deuxième SSD nvme. Tout roule jusque là. Parfait pour mon usage mini homelab. Je compte en prendre une deuxième dès que possible. Je recommande.

Me siento defraudado, pedí un PC con procesador Core i7 3,4 GHz y me ha llegado uno con procesador Core i5 3.2GHz.
