    You wouldn’t know this product is not new. It works perfectly. There’s so much to it I’ve got a lot of new updates to learn since my last max book pro from 2011! Well worth spending the extra money for the excellent quality and newer model, and certainly better to buy a refurb - saving money and helping with the amount of waste we produce by constantly buying new. So thank you. I’m very pleased with it. I cannot see any visible scratches and it’s very good quality sound and picture.
