The phone was supposed to arrive yesterday (Tuesday 12th Dec 2023) between 9:10am and 12:10pm. I changed my plans cancelling appointments yesterday and waited indoors all day for it and it never arrived… Royal Mail aren’t the best and don’t keep customers informed either! Maybe you should consider using another courier as this is a really poor delivery service and doesn’t look good on Back Market. I haven’t got the phone yet so ignore my ratings on the device!!iPhone 11Overall performance
