The watch is great, in excellent condition. I just have to learn all the features. It’s quite different from the Fitbit watch I was used too. I couldn’t use it immediately as I was unable to plug in the USB-c but I have since managed to get another cable and I am learning new features all the time. I am very happy with the watch, it is like new 😊💕

The iPad was amazing, perfect condition .I was really sceptical about purchasing refurbished items but when I tried ordering 2 iPhones last year and came in perfect condition , no scratches or damages, I got no doubts anymore, actually I’m ordering another iPad again. No problem so far and delivery was quick .

I've been a fan of Huawei phones for years mainly for the camera. I found the P40 good for everything that didn't require Google. When I stated having problems because I wanted to use apps that are dependent on Google I switched back to my previous P20 which after many years faithful service died on me. I looked around and went for a refurbished P30 from Back Market which is just fabulous. The camera is superb. It's a comfortable size and weight. I can access apps dependant on Google. The screen bright and clear. I am very happy with my Huawei and very happy to have an excellent refurbished phone from Back Market

Very happy with my purchase. The item arrived very quickly and looked almost new. The last time I bought an Apple Pencil it was a refurbished model direct from Apple. I dropped my phone (with a case and screen protector), and the touch screen immediately stopped working, though the phone looked fine. I took to it be fixed at iSmash and was told that the touch screen had been replaced (most likely during refurbishment) with a very cheap one, hence the touch screen connection was liable to break easily. While dropping the phone was obviously my fault, it wasn’t any different to the many times I’ve dropped my other iPhone 13 (not refurbished) with no problems, so I was very surprised that the connection broke immediately and to learn that a cheap screen had been used, rather than what iSmash (which backmarket recommends for repairs) would use.
