Arrived 2 days after ordering, brand new still in some Apple packaging, completely unused which was such a lovely surprise! Came with replacement buds and usb-c charging cable too. Couldn’t fault one bit, sound is spectacular. Thank you Backmarket!! A huge recommend from me!

the device came flawless. no issues at all. delivery came only 2 days after I ordered it. royal mail did deliver it late but that is not the fault of Click and Get. I ordered a excellent phone quality. and it came in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend and may buy from Click and Buy again for the next time I upgrade my phone. It didn't come with a SIM Tool and that was a pain but hopefully in the future they should put a SIM ejection tool so people can instantly swap their SIM cards over.

The watch is great, in excellent condition. I just have to learn all the features. It’s quite different from the Fitbit watch I was used too. I couldn’t use it immediately as I was unable to plug in the USB-c but I have since managed to get another cable and I am learning new features all the time. I bought a second hand iPad for my 5-year-old after he managed to drop the last one in the bathtub — and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a new device. The iPad arrived within a few days and was in excellent condition. It works exactly as described, and all my son uses it for is YouTube Kids and drawing in Freeform — no issues at all. Great quality for the price, fast delivery, and exactly what we needed. I’m so pleased with this purchase that when my phone contract ends, I’ll be getting a refurbished phone from Back Market too. No point spending fortune on the latest gadget, few years old gadget does exact same thing in my opinion.
