    This is amazing, can't quiet believe this is 2nd hand/ refurbished. It was a bit slow at first but I suspect that was because it had to get the new updates and Windows 11. After a few days it's good as new. No scratches or damage, speed is great and overall just wow. Very happy. Also, delivery was much quicker than expected considering it came from another company! Packaged very safely

    I ordered the ‘good’ spec out of fair, good and excellent. There are two minor scratches on the body of the laptop (they’re tiny and if I didn’t look around I wouldn’t have found them) but other than that it’s basically brand new! Quick to set up. Graphics are good and the speed is really good. Absolutely brilliant! Would recommend to anyone!

    Not a good purchase. I chose this seller because ensured the products are fully checked as part of the refurbishment. However it is clear that they are not, as the laptop could not even start up! Over a couple of weeks wasted for now as they suggested to send it back after trying to instruct some quick fix over the email back&forth. I would not choose this seller if your work depends on the product you are purchasing as it can result in a significant inconvenience. Neither the seller has offered compensation. Finally, BackMarket web shows confusing when posting a bad review (under 3.2 out of 5 starts), unsusre if the review is posted as it sends me instead to their Help Center, which I already used but the only suitable option was to return the item to the seller.

    So the phone finally arrived today after a very long wait. This is the first time that we have ever experienced such issues with back market and it was so very disappointing. The customer service team were good in fairness and dealt with the issues as best they could. UPS was used as the delivery system this time around and they were awful. We have always used back market for most electronic goods but this experience has made us think twice about using back market in the future.
