    Great to get a replacement charger so quickly & cheaply. I think the cable is 'back-to-front' in the plug as there always seems to be a twist when I plug it in the laptop. Apple should reinforce the cable where it enters the plug, and at the magnetic contact point, because that's where the original failed. I've now done this with my new cable - bit of a bodge job of course but hopefully it might last longer!

    Absolutely brilliant. It was as new for a fraction of the cost, and when you’re on benefits and have unanticipated expenses like your old charger splitting & breaking, that’s utterly invaluable. Simply couldn’t have afforded what Apple were charging.

    The chargers work well, but I do wish you hadn't stopped making them with two leads: one from the plug to the charger and one from the charger to the computer. The flex was more stable with a weight in the middle, and my memory is that it was longer.

    very well packaged, delivered very promptly, works perfectly... and buyers can be comforted that they're not contributing towards the non-stop stream of new tech being produced, or precious metals being mined and even causing armed conflict What's not to love?! New Magsafe chargers for 2017 MacBooks are phenomenally expensive, and Apple has even admitted that their design is vulnerable to wearing down and fraying. The Ebay equivalents recommended by friends soon start crackling as the electrics can't have been done properly. With re-furbished Apple chargers the cost is less. Let's hope that you can also avoid the crackling! You can't get round the basic bad design by Apple, but nothing can be done about that. At least I haven't paid through the nose, or paid anything to Apple, for the replacement of their dubiously designed chargers...!

    Everything great apart from the length of the cable is much shorter than my original one, which is quite annoying when having to work whilst charging.

    It didn't come in a proper packaging box from apple, so for sure it's not brand new. But it was in an excellent condition and working perfectly. Thank you for that !!!
