    Service from Back Market was excellent. Transaction was smooth and efficient. Had issues with keyboard, but under Dell warranty a technician came out in a matter of days to replace it. He did point out that two screws and a bracket were missing from the motherboard and one from the battery, which was disappointing.

    i purchased the laptop in "excellent" condition i was sent a laptop that would take 10-15 mins to turn on every time and would randomly turn off,i informed backmarket and was provided with a remote solution and was insured this would fix the issue as i had to sit an exam which i paid close to £400 for.while i was sitting the exam the laptop screen went completely black and the laptop would no longer power on i tried everything,luckily the exam board let me resit the exam without charging me.upon returning the item the first time called me multiple times and messaged me through whatsapp which is not the standard procedure,i than had to wait where they offered me another model but than sent out the correct model but instead of sending it with 512gb storage it had 256gb,and no charger.i than informed back market of not received the charger and that the laptop was incorrect and had less storage to which they tried to offer me a partial refund but i informed them that i wanted to correct storage amount,i sent back the laptop and had to wait again while they sent out the correct model with correct storage,again no charger was given,when i informed backmarket the seller than accused me of not returning the charger,to which backmarket offered me a £30 refund to purchase a new charger.And the worst part is i have had to deal with all this and not have a laptop and having to have to borrow laptops to sit my exams and so on and if my exam has to be reset due to this i would have lost both time and money.oh and i forget to mention the first time i received the laptop some of the screws were not put in correctly and i took pics as proof just inc

    Such a disgraceful experience. I ordered this for my son's birthday. It wasn't shipped by the date expected. I waited a few more days. Once I was in contact, I was told to wait another working day. Without any notification or contact from the seller, my order was cancelled and refunded. This isn't of use and such poor customer service. No apology was given or explanation.
