    So glad I bought my phone from Backmarket. I’d used them before to buy phones for my daughter knowing they’d be broken quickly (!) but this was my first for personal use. It arrived quickly (next day), was easy to set up, looks brand new and operates brilliantly. The first charge was very slow which worried me but since then it holds its charge well and charges quickly. Can’t quite understand why so many people get rid of perfectly good phones but delighted Backmarket exists to make good use of them and take the risk out of second hand purchasing.

    Super fast delivery. Not a real Apple charger though which I thought it would be. No scratches or anything on the watch looks brand new, but battery life is not great. It will track workouts and sleeps though so does the job, just a shame about the battery not lasting long, great delivery and service though :)

    The phone 12 was a present for my partner to upgrade his iphone SE. It looked in as new condition without a scratch. The phone had to run a software update before we could set it up but once that was completed setting it up went very smoothly ; all data transferred over. Battery life is very good.     I am thrilled with my Apple Watch (even though the strap it came with is white and not starlight as advertised). The battery health is 100% and after a couple of days of getting to know the watch and how to use it, I love it and wouldn't be without it.
