    I received an iPhone 13 Pro (fair condition) with a charging defect — it only charges for a few minutes and then stops. I returned the device and was told I would receive a replacement. The seller sent back the same phone, and the exact same charging issue is still present. This shows the device was not properly repaired or replaced. A phone that cannot charge is unusable, and sending the same defective device as a “replacement” is unacceptable. I would not recommend this seller.

    DON’T PURCHASE. I ordered an iPhone at EXCELLENT grade and with a new battery. Unfortunately the product that arrived was nothing like my order. It came as an AMAZON RENEWED!! I can’t believe it. I chose Backmarket over Amazon as I thought it was going to be a more premium product however this was not the case. A couple of dents and other issues across the board. Customer service offered £30 compensation or a full refund thankfully. They said they can guarantee the same thing won’t happen again, however I just can’t trust this!!! I’ve attached a link to the photos below. This would be totally fine if I paid for a lesser quality but I stretched for this.     bought the watch, after 4 days dpd stated they had lost the package. I let backmarket know, they didn't seem to understand what in was saying. too 12 hours for them to keep stating the package will be with me. After nearly 2 weeks backmarket opener and investigation and the package arrived next day. I am now sending the watch back for a refund.
