Ordered the iPhone 14 plus (Excellent) from PhoneDirect. The phone was delivered the following day after ordering (way faster than expected). The phone looks and feels brand new and has a 100% baterry capacity. No scratches anywhere at all! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because during the setup process, the phone kept freezing and would restart. I had to use my laptop and restore the phone before I could start the setup again. I did a lot of research before I bought my phone from BackMarket, £700 is a lot of money for me and I wanted the best IPhone I could afford. I bought my phone on a Friday and I received earlier than suggested. The phone I put my sim in kept dropping signal, I went on BackMarket website got some valuable info and worked out my SIM card was damaged. I got a new SIM card and what a phone I have. iPhone 14 plus not a mark on it, like Brand spanking new. These aren’t just words this is absolutely true, not a mark.
