I was skeptical at first, making this big of a purchase, but as per usual, back market never fails to impress me. Received my iPhone 16 pro max last night and couldn’t be happier. 100% battery life with only 4 cycles. Not a single scratch or evidence that it isn’t brand new out the shop. Very good seller and a very good item brought (excellent condition) Had about a (mm) scratch on the third camera lens to the right but you have to expect stuff like that with a refurbished phone but altogether a extremely good phone for the price and works perfectly fine without no problems battery percentage was on (84%) when i got it. Since i had not brought a new battery for it because i don’t really go on it all the time having this phone makes me want to go on it more and i use it all the time overall i am very pleased with this phone and have recommended many of my friends and family about this item and seller ultimately i couldn’t be more happy with my purchase for the price and delivery came 2 days early so very quick and fast delivery only took 2 days i will try and upload so photos of this phone as soon as possible thank you for the outstanding phone and i will be buying more from you.

I just can’t fault Backmarket at all. I’ve had an iPad, a MacBook, a iphone, an Apple Watch, and an Apple Pencil from here. Ranging from fair to excellent condition and quite frankly they’ve all been immaculate. The Apple pencil was in its original packaging. All of the technology was wrapped so well when it was delivered super secure and packed with lots of protection. All of the tech sets up as if brand new and the support from the company post purchase is incredible 10 out of 10 company would forever recommend.
