    As written earlier in another review, we have bought 4 items from Backmarket other the years and 3 out 4 had an issue. The last one, this phone, was probably the most significant one as there was a private data breach and it wasn't handled properly in my opinion. We received the phone with full access to the previous owner's account and no one at the customer service made a clear statement about how this type of situation has come up and also how it is planned in future to avoid this type of situation. The phone was perfectly functioning but we had to send it back obviously as we couldn't log out. As a customer, I wouldn't trust anymore Backmarket I'm afraid, especially when it comes to handle "lightly" private data breach issues.

    This is a great phone and was indeed supplied in mint condition. The only reason for not giving an "awesome" response is that I am having trouble with BlueTooth connection to my car, a Renault with R-Link 2 system. The phone connects and plays media (Spotify, etc) over the connection perfectly, but phone calls are very problematic. With phone calls, the audio is either non-existent or extremely glitchy. Phone software is up-to-date. I am trying various apps from the Play Store that might help in case volume levels are pushing beyond the "ear protection" limit or something like that.
