I brought the iPhone XS Max 256GB for more storage for photos and better camera quality. The camera didn’t disappoint is takes clear definition photos and there are settings to edit and adjust your photo’s. With 256GB there’s more than enough storage for what I wanted it for. The iPhone also has a large screen great for watching videos and viewing webpages. There’s alot of features on the iPhone so you can tweak how you like your phone, everything else is app based so that’s just user preference. Condition of the iPhone was nearly mint condition till I noticed two scratches on the screen but they don’t effect the use, plus I’m getting the new screen protector that uses gel technology so won’t even see them again. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered from back market and have been impressed with there products and service.

Early days, however phone arrived in as new condition even though listed as "good" and the battery is showing 100% so that's a bonus. This is my first reconditioned phone after having years of contract phones, no going back now. I wish I'd done it years ago. Will definitely use Back Market again. Thanks Gaz

Phone was fine and working well. Customer care of the phone could have been better - later dispatch than mentioned, handset was a bit dirty (I had to clean fluff and “dirt” all round the camera and bottom of phone), and phone wasn’t factory reset. But otherwise, all good.
