    The device was ordered in Excellent condition but what I received was far from it. The laptop had not been refurbished whatsoever, the filth that this laptop was covered in was crazy. Chocolate in the vents, enough dirt and crumbs under the keyboard to the point where I could not use some of the keys on the keyboard as they wouldn’t press down properly. The screen had a strip of dead pixels and chips scratches and scuffs all over it. I would recommend Backmarket took this “refurbisher” off of their site as this is not the first bad review and will not be the last.

The laptop arrived in "rough" condition, to say the least—it was literally covered in mud, heavily scratched, and had multiple dents across the back. It is clear the seller attempted a "botched" repair job to hide the damage, but they failed miserably. This isn't just a mistake; it is a blatant attempt to cheat a customer. I have wasted two weeks waiting for this, and as a result, they completely ruined the birthday surprise I had planned for my son on February 1st. I am left with a mess of a laptop and a missed milestone. Avoid this seller at all costs—they are dishonest and have zero quality control.
