    Very disappointed with my purchase. The first phone I received (I paid for the quality to be 'excellent' however, the phone I received matched the quality of 'fair'. I returned it, and received another phone as a replacement, and this one although in pristine condition, has an issue with the NFC hardware. None of the cards attached to my apple wallet worked, and the phone was not recognised by the card terminal at all. Customer service has been absolutely amazing though, very swift and helpful responses. I just wouldn't recommend this seller.

    I ordered 12.4" Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ 128GB wifi + 5G in GOOD condition. I received a 10.9" tablet with unknown specs in less than fair condition. I raised the issue with the Back Market customer service team, who were great. They promptly issued a return label, so I sent it back to the seller in the same box, only added an extra layer of bubble wrap to protect the tablet. Despite the tracking details showing the parcel as delivered to the original seller (not Back Market), the seller claimed that they hadn't received it and it's missing. I requested that the item be replaced by the correct tablet but it seems that they didn't have it in stock and issued a refund instead. Very disappointed by the seller, it kind of feels like maybe they forgot to update their inventory and when I placed my order, they sent whatever they had available.
