    Terrible: initially blocked out, then eventually got in, set up all my progs, data, etc, then switched off . When I attempted to switch on I was again blocked out. Reported the problem, advised to send it back for repair. 3 days later I was advised that a refund would be on its way. I’m very unhappy as I returned my PC with all my data on it( I couldn’t get into it to resetb to factory settings before returning it as It was locked) & now don’t know what will happen to my data with no reassurance that it will be secure. Still waiting for refund
