    First the bad. Advertised as Windows 11 but was installed with Windows 10 - though I am not too bothered about this. The installation did not include all the drivers, meaning I had to download and install these myself - sot too much of an issue for me. The display was davertised as above 108p resolution, but is in fact 1080p - again does not bother me, the 14 inch screen would not suit a higher resolution. And the good. There are very few marks on the laptop - good but I did buy the 'very good' condition. It is very light and quick to boot up. Battery is good. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will look at using blackmarket in the future. It's just a shame some points are advertised incorrectly.

    Was well described as good but batteries - two - one in laptop and one in keyboard - were in poor condition and required replacement. Returned to your agent BUT batteries not replaced just refund given. Bad outcome for a Machine in good condition suggests your not operating in a way that meets your goals; perhaps your margins need to be greater to allow such 'refurbishment'. Business model!
